Why does Hang-Up use multiple platforms?


At Hang-Up Gallery we want as much exposure as possible so we promote our artwork on multiple platforms. This helps to ensure quick sales, which leads to a consistent rotation of available art. 

 

Where does Hang-Up promote your artwork?

 

1. Hang-Up Gallery Website

We list all the available artwork on our website, which then features both on our homepage and in our 'New Work' section.

2. Via Email

 

Weekly emails are sent to all of our subscribers. These emails provide information regarding our new-in artwork!

We also send targeted emails to smaller, more refined audiences, which depends on an individuals favourite artists. For instance, if you are interested in The Connor Brothers, you'll be part of our private collector list for them specifically and receive the relevant emails! This ensures that you recieve appropriate information about artwork that is interesting to you - instead of being bombarded with stuff you don't care about!

 

3. Social Media 

 

At Hang-Up we work hard to maintain a strong, interesting and aesthetically pleasing feed for our following. This entails frequently uploading Instagram Stories, which depicts what is currently happening in the gallery, alongside our daily posts.

Artnet is another art market website that we use to sell work by our secondary market artists, including Harland Miller, Takashi Murakami, Banksy, David Shrigley, Invader etc etc...

People are able to inquire about the artwork through these platforms, which the team manage accordingly.

 


 

6. Printed Editions

 

Printed Editions is the third website where we promote your work to a network of buyers.
